ISO 9001 2008

Gamma Global has held a recognised quality certificate since April 2002 and is now an ISO 9001:2008 certified company. This quality audit and certification of its processes and procedures, including the product validation process, is undertaken by a company certified to do so by the United Kingdom Accreditation Service.

Accreditation by the UKAS demonstrates the competence, impartiality and performance capability of the evaluators. The UKAS operates under a Memorandum of Understanding with the Government through the Secretary of State for Trade and Industry.

An independent body assesses the company on 12 staff development indicators in 4 key areas. During this assessment Gamma Global is able to demonstrate that it has reached the recognised standards in all areas.
